CEO pays are not cut and dry as you seem to think. You need to consider, performance bonuses, share-options and other forms of compensation.
The highest paid CEO in Kenya is Pradeep Paurana who earns approx 80 Million shillings a year including performance(why its approximate). Evans Kidero of Mumias is 2nd, Martin Oduor-Otieno and then Michael Joseph.
